Relaxation

Relaxation techniques are an effective tool for rest, overcoming tension and stress. It relaxes your body and mind and breaks away from what you worry about for a moment. There is a wide range of relaxation techniques and we tell you which are good for what. To enjoy the webinar, find a quiet place, have a mat, wear comfortable clothes and prepare a blanket if you need to.
